Caribbean Express recognizes that recently we have fallen short in providing the level of service which has always been the hallmark of our business.
On September 30th 2013 we moved our Miami operations to a new location, retaining the former premises until November 22nd. This was done in an attempt to make the transition as seamless as possible. However, having been forced to relocate at short notice, we attempted to advise our customers of the change of address by emails and online notifications posted on our website. Despite our best efforts we were unable to alert all of our customers and several continued to ship their packages to the old address causing delays in the delivery of their packages.
Consequently after giving up tenancy of the old location in November, the landlord took possession of all packages addressed to the property. Despite several attempts to retrieve these packages we were unsuccessful in having them released.
Caribbean Express has operated for more than 19 years and we will continue to do everything possible to ensure that you enjoy the best standard of service. This letter is to acknowledge and take responsibility for the difficulties and inconvenience that was caused to our customers.
In appreciation of your loyalty all customers who ship during the month of April will receive a Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on your next shipment. Once again we appreciate your loyalty and look forward to continue serving you.
